I'm Still Here!

I have returned to my beautiful blog! All is well! General Conference is this weekend, so I am pumped for that! I have an International Ecomonic test standing in the way of me and this awsome Spring Break (or as some call it casue it is only 2 days, Spring Pause) we have begining on Thursday!

Another awesome thing is this Saturday, April 1st is Apple Comp. 30th Anneversary!! That means new stuff!

Service Fair!

So while I was teaching today in my 4th grade classroom, I saw this riddle in a kid's math book:

"A $1 bill weighs about 1 gram. How many grams does a $5 bill weigh?"

I almost said, "5 grams", but luckily, I caught myself. Tricky, eh?

BYU-Idaho Spirit Week

This week is the BYU-Idaho Spirit Week! We get to celebrate this school and being a part of it throug various activities. Tuesday there was a 2,000 (supposed to be) men's chior singing for devotional and later that evening was the Spirit Week relay rally where most of the campus wards, faculty, and alumni gather to race against eachother to begin the week. Later this week we will be having a service project to make literacy kits with the Mothers in town during Mother's weekend. To take similar words from Brigham Young, 'I feel like shouting halleluiah every time I think I ever went to BYU-Idaho.'

Captain Dangerous

Josh-
The article about you in the Scroll this morning was hilarious!!! I can't believe you broke that poor woman's pelvis! I laughed out loud as I was reading it (and all the people in the computer lab looked at me and stared!). Props to Ashley Walker for writing such a good article.

Student Legacy Endowment!

This last week Student Alumni Association (SAA) hosted the Student Legacy Endowment, affectionately called SLE! It raised over $29,000! Just short of the 30,000 goal! Look how much fun it was with Nate Tyler and Brooklyn! PS- I don't know why this is underlining the text!

Sister Mitchell to Temple Square

And guess what? I GUESSES IT RIGHT KRISTEN!

Just in case you didn't hear, Neil Omar ....(32 other names in b/w) ...Aboshamaa is coming to Rexburg tonight! He is one of the people I know that is endowed with a lot of humor and a little bit of whit!

New Baby Cousin

Ryan Fraklin Funderburk was born on Tues., Feb. 28th, 2006! For my Cousin Mims and Rodney, this is they're third child after Payton and Reece. Contrats to the Funderburks!

Emily Carlson Hates Us Club

This posting is dedicated to the "Emily Carlson Hates Us Club", started by Kimm Bingham and Josh Porter. Sister Carlson, as it were, has not wirtten etiher one of us after we both have written her on her mission. It has been WEEKS since we last wrote her an NOTHING! But we still lover her. Kimm has since stopped crying after she found out I had not got a letter ethier! (Picture-Krystal, Emily, Josh, Heather, Andrew)

Too much!

So this weekend I dared Josh to stuff a whole donut into his mouth and eat it. This is the before picture - he's happy and doing good.
Now we have the after picture...kind of gross, eh? I made a video, but I don't know how to post videos on blogs. Anyone have any suggestions? How did that taste, Josh?

Congrats to Kimm for suggesting my new blog name! Pace, I love you buddy, but I thought this was very clever. However you should be happy now it has a new name. Is it sufficient to you?

Pic on Profile

Well, like Pace, I'm not exactly sure why I'm on Josh Porter's blog now either, besides the fact that I like to read blogs, and Josh is a cool guy. So, moving on, I'll give a candy bar to whoever can make up the best new name for Josh's blog. Unless of course, you don't live in Rexburg, and then I'm not paying for the postage. Sorry. I'll send you a nice picture that I painted (using Paint). It will make up for the candy bar. Who is judging this thing anyway?

Josh, to put your picture on your profile, you have to first post a picture on the blog that you want to use, then on your profile settings, type in the web address of the picture that you posted (you find out the web address of the picture by clicking on the picture only and then copying it from the address bar.) You can then erase the picture from your blog if you want to. I think that's how I did it. If that doesn't work, type in "picture on profile" in the help section of blogger and you'll get directions on how to do it.

Hi everyone, this is Pace. I'm the newest author on Josh Porter's blog. Why he invited me to be an author I have no idea (besides the fact that we've been friends longer than anyone on the planet). BUT as seeing I'm the first one, or at least the first one to write, I take it as an honor and privilege to be an author. So the first thing I'm doing as an official author is calling for a contest. The winner of such will have fame and fortune. Josh Porter's blog needs an official title instead of "Josh Porter's blog".
