I got a job offer! With Wells Fargo Financial in Mesa, AZ! How cool and awesome is that?! After month and a half of searching, finally! I have two more interviews, one with Prosper Learning in Provo tomorrow and another with WF in Idaho Falls on Wed. morning. I have a lot of things to deliberate about in this situation as far as location and type of dating options available in those locations. I told him I will call on Wed. to tell him my reply. Meanwhile he had me fill out a background information sheet, which will take at least 72 business hours (9 days or two weeks). Hopefully, as I find out more about the positions in the other companies I will get a better idea.

I am in phoenix right now, staying with Nick. I had a meeting with Mike at Wells Fargo Commercial/ Business in downtown PHX as soon as I got off the plane at Noon. I spent a couple hours with him and his team and also met with the professional services group of WF. I will need to find out more info on the Relationship Managers and their duties if I go the Prof. Route.

Tomorrow I will meet with WF Financial in Mesa, wish me luck!

New Interviews

I had two interviews this week. Wadell and Reed FS in IF and today with Wells Fargo Fin. in Provo. Next week I am flying to Mesa for another interview as well for WF Fin. and Business Banking.

This is one of the first times in my life where I do not have a specific direction as to where to go. It feels kinda different.

Well see what happens.

Well, it has been a while since the last entry. I didn't get the WF job. So the hunt continues! I am decideing whether or not I should stay in the Idaho area, Utah, or Arizona. What do you think?

It is a nice and quiet afternoon. I just had some digornio's pizza and it was fantastic!

Madison Monroe Boyer

Jared and Tami Boyer has there first little girl, (first child for that matter) last week on monday, the 8th of May. Do you like the little pink bow the hospital GLUED to her head?!

I got in town for a job interview just in time to see her the day after she was born. Perfect timing!

Job Search

Well the job search is fun! I have had three interviews in the IF/TF area for Wells Fargo, one with Omniture (Web Analytics Co.) in Provo, the Martketing Group in DC, and that was all last week!

Today I have interviews with two companies. EZ Net tools (a web developer co.) in Rexburg and World Finiancial Group in IF. I also got an email from a guy at Marriott in NY I met last year to call him this Wed.

Wooh! Job hunting is busy. Which one do you think I should take?

College Graduate!

I am now a College Graduate! This last weekend was awesome! The fam came out for convocation on Friday night, where the college of Business and communications walked. Saturday was commencement, where we had all the graduates march in to the hart gym (77% of the class walked, the highest ever!). We were installed as graduates by our President and listened to a keynote speaker. It was a really exciting and momentous occasion. Now all I have to do is find a job!

Devotional

Every Tuesday at 2pm is devtotional at BYU-Idaho. At the begining of every one, we are invited to raise our scriptures to show the speaker we a re prepared to be taught. Today was the last one I went to before I graduate. It has been awesome to have them every week to teach us. This is a group of us (Nate, Scott, Maria, Hannah, and Desee) at devotional.

Pace and Joy had thier first baby boy, Chase! Get it, Pace and Chase (it took me a while). Pretty neat, huh? Thier birthday's are both in April too, which is kinda neat. Congrats to Pace and Joy!

Special Olympics Dance

Serving with Smiles hosted the Special Olympics dance for special needs young adults in the Rexburg/Idaho Falls area. It was a blast! We had a great time and had they had a lot of fun too, which was the point! Just see for youself!

I have returned to my beautiful blog! All is well! General Conference is this weekend, so I am pumped for that! I have an International Ecomonic test standing in the way of me and this awsome Spring Break (or as some call it casue it is only 2 days, Spring Pause) we have begining on Thursday!

Another awesome thing is this Saturday, April 1st is Apple Comp. 30th Anneversary!! That means new stuff!

"A $1 bill weighs about 1 gram. How many grams does a $5 bill weigh?"

I almost said, "5 grams", but luckily, I caught myself. Tricky, eh?

BYU-Idaho Spirit Week

This week is the BYU-Idaho Spirit Week! We get to celebrate this school and being a part of it throug various activities. Tuesday there was a 2,000 (supposed to be) men's chior singing for devotional and later that evening was the Spirit Week relay rally where most of the campus wards, faculty, and alumni gather to race against eachother to begin the week. Later this week we will be having a service project to make literacy kits with the Mothers in town during Mother's weekend. To take similar words from Brigham Young, 'I feel like shouting halleluiah every time I think I ever went to BYU-Idaho.'
